Discovery
A high-level introduction. We discuss your situation and choose the right route together.
Scope or inventory
In a full project, we map goals, processes and bottlenecks with the people on the floor. In a standard setup, we take stock of the functionality you will use and estimate any extra work in advance.
Standard configuration
We start from proven standard configurations and challenge exceptions before considering customisation.
Testing and migration
Functional testing and transferring your basic master data. Data conversion, data from multiple sources and additional integrations are agreed with you in advance. No surprises at go-live.
Go-live and adoption
Support during go-live and practical training, so the system is actually used. On go-live day we support your team hands-on, followed by four weeks of aftercare.
Support after go-live
After go-live, you can still count on us. Standard support on our work, including custom work, is free of charge. New functionality or advice is agreed in advance. An additional SLA is available on request.
